 "Leadership means doing something others want to emulate, like being an example and setting the standard. It's not about barking orders or being the loudest voice; it's about caring so much about your teammates that you want to see them succeed even more than yourself. Leadership is showing up and putting in hard work without expecting attention or recognition. It comes with the responsibility to be humble enough to listen, brave enough to make the first move, and have the ability to stay calm when everyone else is panicking. True leadership is holding others accountable, not for personal gain, but to help them become the best version of themselves."

 "To me personally, leadership is as simple as showing up every single day as a solid example for those around you, staying consistent no matter the circumstances or how you’re feeling personally. It means putting the team’s needs before your own, and doing absolutely everything in your power to have every other guy’s back around you. Leaders create a standard to be followed, and stand out as an obvious example of that standard."
